Trul Khor - Tibetan Breathwork 9-week Practice Course with Gosia & Jonas Over

We will learn basic stretches to enable comfortable sitting in meditation posture, deep belly breathing, mindful breathing and more, up to the physical Yogas of Naropa. These Yogas are known as Trul Khor - Magical Wheel exercises, due to the often circular movements they entail, which function to open up the energy & nerve channels of the body. They are also known as Yantras - Instruments to enable these openings of the body to prepare the body for Tummo practice and thus the experience of clear light mind.

Schedule:
Starting on May 15 at 10 AM Eastern Time US/ 3 PM UK time, Gosia & Jonas will teach every week for 9 weeks for about 90 minutes.

Recordings:
Recordings of all sessions will be made permanently available for participants.
